Your phone is an important part of your life. What if you lose it? Where would you be without it? Just as you insure your car, home and valuables it makes good sense to take care of your mobile phone.

That's why Orange has Orange Care. If your phone is lost, stolen damaged or breaks down, Orange Care can offer you a replacement phone dispatched within 24 hours of accepting your claim, as well as a no claims discount. If your phone is lost or stolen a replacement is sent by post, if it is faulty or damaged it will be sent by courier as we require your faulty or damaged phone back.

If you pay monthly, Orange care is available for £5 a month or you can choose to pay annually. Just call 434 from your Orange phone and your cover will start 24 hours after your call.

Orange Care includes insurance and warranty, which are subject to terms, conditions and exclusions as stated in your user guide. Please read these carefully.

Remember, the reconnection charge to Orange, the transfer of all your Service Plan details and the replacement of your original phone number is free.

Memory Mate

Never again will losing your Orange phone mean losing all your numbers. Orange Memory Mate is an easy way to back up the information stored on your SIM Card. It is also a quick way to transfer your numbers if you're upgrading your Orange phone or moving to Orange from another network.

The Memory Mate card can store up to 250 names and numbers from your SIM address book, and up to 10 text messages. You can choose to save all the information from your SIM Card, or pick and choose which numbers and messages you want to back up. Memory Mate also automatically adds international dialling codes to your numbers making it easy for you to call home, wherever you are.

Orange Memory Mate is available for just £2.99 at Orange shops. Simply take your Orange phone into your nearest Orange shop™ where you can back up the numbers and text messages onto a Memory Mate card.
